Once again, US President Barack Obama called for a continued fight against climate change. This time, it was during his State of the Union speech. In it he urged Congress to develop a market-based solution that would mitigate the impact of climate change… I couldn’t resist revisiting the last decade of such bills that have gone through Congress. None of them has ever become law.
