Zema Global has appointed a Chief Operating Officer, Chief Financial Officer and SVP, Go-to-Market Operations to scale its data and analytics platform globally.
Denver, Colorado, April 27, 2026 – Zema Global, a leading provider of data and analytics solutions for companies engaged in the energy, commodities and financial sectors, has strengthened its leadership team as the company accelerates its growth strategy with a renewed focus on long term value creation.
Tina Morris joins as Chief Operating Officer from FLINTpro to oversee operational excellence, execution and customer satisfaction, which includes the application of AI and automation to drive efficiency. Frederick Winston joins as Chief Financial Officer from Confluence to support the company’s next phase of growth and operational scale. Javed Matin has been appointed SVP, Go-to-Market Operations, joining from Behavox to support the delivery of clear customer value across global markets.
Tina Morris served as CEO of data and analytics startup FLINTpro for two years, following 20 years at S&P Global Ratings, including four years as COO overseeing data, content, risk and ratings operations for a $3 billion division with 700 staff globally.
Frederick Winston spent nearly 15 years at Confluence, holding senior roles including Vice President and Treasurer before serving as CFO, with strategic and operational responsibility for finance, tax, insurance, budget, treasury, and accounting functions.
Javed Matin was previously Global Head of Revenue Operations at Behavox and Global Strategy & Revenue Operations Executive at Egnyte, where he built and scaled a repeatable, predictable revenue engine, aligning go-to-market execution with financial outcomes and long-term enterprise value creation.
Alongside these senior hires, Zema Global continues to invest in and promote talent from within the business. The company’s people strategy is centred on industry expertise as the foundation for executing its long-term vision. Zema Global now employs over 350 people across seven offices, following the successful integration of the analytics platform cQuant, acquired in April 2025.
